Hmmm, I'm not sure what you're doing with your iPhone to not get a day's use out of it Vik? Perhaps you're just using it more than your Blackberry because of all of those lovely apps! I can get 5 or 6 hours use out of my iPhone and I'm a heavy 3G data user, which is the thing that sucks up the most power.

There are lots of little things you can do to make the battery last longer, such as turning down the screen brightness, turning off bluetooth, wifi, push etc. if or when you don't need them. You can even turn off 3G if you're running very low and fallback to EDGE. Your comment about the phone taking forever to download emails whilst abroad I'm sure was more to do with the network connection you had in that country rather than the iPhone…

After using an iPhone, everyone I know considers pretty much anything else archaic. I could certainly never go back to the awful user experience of a Blackberry, or worse, Symbian-based phone. The only other phone OS that comes close is Android.

I don't know how long you used it for but it sounds like 5 minutes with me and a little more practise with your digits could have solved most of your problems ;-)

oh Vikas, battery life is poor - there are '000's of comments on that already - I think what you meant to say is it doesn't suit your specific requirements, however is ok for the other 30m people who already use one.

Yours, a Happy and converted Poser!
